THE 2008 ANNUAL MOTORCYCLE RIDE FOR PETS was held at the shelter on Sunday August 10th under sunny skies. Thanks go to
the 74th Crusaders and other motorcycle clubs for making this event a successful and happy day for all concerned. Bringing with them
 generous donations, the bikers toured the area before spending time at the shelter, visiting with the animals and enjoying hot dogs and
other donated refreshments. We are grateful to the support once again of the local stores in donating foodstuffs for this event.
